Conway Kite & Outdoor Festival

The Conway Kite & Outdoor Festival is a late-April celebration of spring that draws families from across the metro. The main field becomes a canvas of color as hundreds of kites fill the Arkansas sky, while the perimeter hosts outdoor recreation demos (kayaking, cycling, archery), a local vendor market, and food trucks. Kids can participate in kite-making stations throughout the day. The UCA and Hendrix communities add a young-adult energy that makes it distinctly Conway — family-friendly but not overly kiddie. Bring your own kite or buy one from the gear vendors on-site.
