Argenta Gallery Hop

The May Argenta Gallery Hop is the First Thursday edition that marks the unofficial start of the Argenta outdoor season — when the evening temperatures cooperate enough for galleries to prop their doors open and the sidewalks fill with people moving between spaces. Six to eight galleries and studios participate, each with a new show or featured work, light refreshments, and artists in attendance to discuss their work. The Argenta Community Theater often has a preview or intermission performance timed to the hop. Parking is on-street throughout the district.
