Rebel Kettle is the smaller, scrappier counterpart to Lost Forty in the South Main ecosystem — a taproom that leans experimental, with small-batch releases that range from classic styles to genuinely unusual adjunct beers that don't show up anywhere else. The vibe is neighborhood bar more than destination brewery: regulars who walk over, dogs on the patio, board games on the shelf, and a staff that knows what's on the bar well enough to talk through all of it. No kitchen, but they welcome outside food and maintain relationships with nearby restaurants. The monthly Saturday tap takeovers and themed release events have developed a following.
